Board Members

The Woods Manor Condominium Homeowners Association is represented by a five member Board of Managers.  The Board of Managers shall have the powers and duties necessary for the administration of the affairs of the Association and for the operation and maintenance of a first-class residential condominium project. The Board of Managers may do all such acts and things in accordance with the Declaration, By-Laws, Articles of Incorporation, Woods Manor Policies, along with State and Federal laws.
