This page contains specific information related to the four Woods Manor timeshare units and items of interest to timeshare owners.  Some of the areas of information that will be included are check-in/check-out instructions, amenities, cable TV info, and wireless internet connectivity.

PLEASE NOTE: The Woods Manor Timeshares operate on a SATURDAY arrival. Please pay close attention to dates listed under SATURDAY, when viewing the calendar. 
 

As a guest at Woods Manor, we hope you have an enjoyable time in Breckenridge and in your Woods Manor condo.  If you have any questions regarding your unit or your stay, please contact our managing agent, Wildernest Property Management, at 970-513-5600.  If you supplied an email at time of booking, an email confirmation will be sent with pre-arrival insturctions!
 

Each timeshare condo has free wi-fi, in-unit washer and dryer, full-size kitchen with necessary appliances, and an initial supply of guest consumables (laundry powder, shampoo/conditioner, soap, trash bags, etc).
 

Your keys will be located in a secure lock box in the entrance of Building B at the Woods Manor complex. You will receive a combination to the lock box from Wildernest prior to your arrival.  After you get your keys, drive toward the middle of the building and you will see a post on the left where you can insert your condo key to open the garage door.  Use your key in the appropriate building slot and the corresponding garage door will open.


Timeshare condos are all in Building B (building on the right).  There are no assigned parking spaces in the garage.  There is a luggage cart available in the garage and an elevator to take you to your condo on floor 1, 2 or 3.  When you leave the garage by car, there is a pull rope that can be reached from the driver's window that will open the garage door.
 

The clubhouse is accessible by going out the back door from the first floor lobby and walking to the clubhouse entrance door.  The clubhouse connects buildings A and B.  There is a hot tub, an exercise room and bathrooms with showers in the clubhouse.
 

There is a large City Market grocery on the North side of Breckenridge between Main St and the ski slopes, which is about 10 minutes from Woods Manor by car.  Be sure to go to their Customer Service desk on your first visit and ask for a discount card in order to purchase groceries at the sale price.  There is also a smaller grocery on South Ridge St, next to the local post office.
